During a girls weekend in Boston , we came across a FANTASTIC Esty pop-up store on Newbury Street. We were immediately drawn to these flannel, plaid eternity scarves with handmade leather cuffs. For a few of us (ahem, Kristen), the scarves were literally calling our names. Luckily for us, Jenny happened to “pop in” to check on her “pop-up” store, and we are so happy we had the chance to meet her.
Jenny and her husband are owners of Buxton Christmas Barn; a business they run out of their home during the weeks leading up to Christmas. They sell Christmas trees, fresh wreaths and greens (made right there in the barn) as well as gifts crafted by Jenny & local vendors.
In 2014, Jenny started making plaid scarves that are detailed with a piece of up-cycled belt and turned it into a cuff bracelet with a snap. This is the piece that hooked us! It’s so unique & different; it can be worn as a scarf with a clasp or as a bracelet, which Monica loves to stack! Two pieces in one-who doesn’t love that?!
